Shipping
We do not offer shipping at this time. All online orders must be picked up in-store during normal business hours. We do our best to have your order ready as soon as possible! Orders placed after 4pm Saturday through Monday evening will be ready for pickup on Tuesday when we open for the week.
Return Policy
Items in new condition can be returned in-store with original receipt or gift receipt within 45 days of purchase for store credit.
If you would like to return an item that was gifted to you, please email hello@silvousplaytoys.com with the buyer’s name. The buyer will not be contacted; it will simply help us find the order and act as proof of purchase.
We do not accept any returns via mail.
